Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anthropilot ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our distributed human operator services for AI and robotics control handover ("Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Anthropilot provides a distributed network of human operators who can take control of AI and robotics systems when they encounter situations they cannot handle with confidence. Our Service includes:

  • Real-time human takeover of AI and robotics systems
  • Remote piloting capabilities
  • AI training and modeling through human interactions
  • API integration with your existing systems
  • Analytics and reporting on handover events

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems, or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Service at any time without notice. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Service during any downtime or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If you dispute any charges, you must notify us within thirty (30) days after the date that we invoice you.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. If we modify our pricing for your current subscription plan, we will provide notice of the change on our website or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Engage in any activity that could harm individuals or property
  • Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Anthropilot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Anthropilot.

8. User Content and Feedback

You retain all rights in any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to us all rights in such Feedback and agree that we shall have the right to use and fully exploit such Feedback in any manner we deem appropriate.

9. Data Collection and Use

Our collection and use of information about you and your use of the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANTHROPILOT, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANTHROPILOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anthropilot, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
